Short version: Disco Ball Party has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. It makes no network requests of any kind. Everything you do stays in the app's own storage on your device.
Who this covers
This policy covers the iOS app Disco Ball Party (bundle identifier disko.ballz.partty), version 1.0 and later. It is the same text that ships inside the app under Settings → Privacy.
What the app stores
All of the following is written into the app's private container on your device, and nowhere else.

What the app does not do
- No data leaves your device. The app makes no network requests at all and works completely offline.
- No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs of any kind.
- No tracking, no profiling, no cross-app or cross-site measurement. The App Privacy manifest declares
NSPrivacyTracking = falsewith an empty collected-data-types array. - No account, no sign-in, no email address, no contacts, no location, no health data.
- No analytics and no crash reporting service.
Camera and photo library
The camera is used only when you tap Take a photo in the Green Room, and the photo library is read only when you pick an image there. The image you choose is resized to a maximum of 900 pixels and copied into the app's own storage as a single JPEG file. It is not uploaded, not shared, and not used for anything except your contestant pass and the winner's card shown at the end of a show. You can delete it at any time with Remove photo in the Green Room, or by resetting all progress in Settings.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules local notifications on your device to tell you that a new Tonight's Show bill has been posted, and to warn you if a show streak is about to lapse. These are created and delivered by iOS on the device itself. No push server is involved and no device token is collected or transmitted.
Required-reason APIs
Apple asks developers to declare certain APIs and the reason they are used. Disco Ball Party declares, in PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy: user defaults (reason CA92.1, to read and write this app's own settings), file timestamps (C617.1), system boot time (35F9.1) and available disk space (E174.1). None of these values are collected or sent anywhere.
Children
The app collects nothing, so there is nothing to collect from a child either. There are no purchases, no chat, no user-generated content shared with anyone, and no links out to social networks from gameplay.
Your rights
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for us to access, export, correct or erase on your behalf. Everything the app stores is under your direct control on your own device. Settings → Reset all progress erases every record listed above, including the contestant photo. Deleting the app removes all of it as well.
Third-party material
The app bundles four music tracks by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, and the Bungee typeface by David Jonathan Ross under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. These are static files inside the app; neither author receives any data from it. Full credits are in the app under Settings → Help & credits.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated text ships inside a new version of the app and is published here at the same time. The date at the foot of this page is the date of the current version.
